“One of the very finest texts available in relation to high-rise firefighting, fire protection and tall building fire safety management. It offers a local but also an international flavour. I know how long it took the authors to piece this amazing book together. It was worth the wait.”

Congratulations on your magnificent achievement with the publication of your brilliant book 'High-Rise Buildings.'  HRB will assist the fire service units in setting up administrative procedures, training methods and produce overall greater proficiency for Fire Departments, both volunteer and professional, throughout the nation.  There will be a copy of HRB in the library of every fire department; and will become part of the teaching curriculum of colleges, universities involved in the discipline of Fire Science.

Recently I was chatting with a chief and he asked me about the book and what was the breakdown on information. The 12 COMMANDMENTS, I told this chief it will be a good book to purchase and you can use it to cherry pick the information as needed. 7 YEARS is along time out of these chiefs lives, but it was well worth it at the end,. A CHIEF SHOULD have this in their library to reference.

Jack Congrats on the publication of your high-rise book. It is clearly going to be one of the most influential fire service texts of the century. I want to wish you, Jerry and Jim the best of luck at the FDIC. This is going to put the 3 of you ‘on the map’ forever.
