Jeff Shupe

Jeff Shupe has been a career firefighter for more than 37 years and has also served as a volunteer firefighter. He retired from the Cleveland (Ohio) Fire Department and is now a Division Chief with the City of North Myrtle Beach, SC, where he is in charge of training and safety. An Ohio-certified fire instructor, he served as an Ohio Fire Academy Field Training Officer for more than 24 years and has taught engine and fireground operations extensively across the country. He was an FDIC Engine H.O.T. team member and classroom presenter for many years. He holds an associate's degree in fire technology and attended the University of Cincinnati Fire Protection Engineering program.
