Brian G. Anderson

Brian G. Anderson served as battalion chief for Miami-Dade (FL) Fire Rescue. He has been involved in the fire service since 1977 and has been an instructor and speaker for many training programs, including FDIC, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, and FEMA. Anderson has published articles in Fire Engineering magazine and In Attendance, and The Magazine of the British Firefighter. He is licensed as a fire instructor, paramedic, and firefighter and served as the Fire/EMS liaison to the William Lehman Injury Research Center in Miami. He also served as an instructor in Miami-Dade Fire Rescue’s Officer Development Program. He is currently an independent training contractor for emergency response courses in the US and abroad.
