By: Alan V. Brunacini
Bruno Unplugged is a compilation of the late Chief (Ret.) Alan Brunacini’s wit and wisdom gained through his years as chief of the Phoenix (AZ) Fire Department. Based on his recurring columns “Rules of Engagement” and “Bruno Unplugged” in the pages of Fire Engineering, Bruno’s advice to the American fire service on how to best care for “Mrs. Smith” by providing excellent customer service is practiced in firehouses across the country and the world today. Bruno had a unique ability to expose the simplicity in the fire service’s complex issues. He lived as he preached, being nice, being safe, and preventing harm.

BRUNO UNPLUGGED
Excellently compiled stories from one of the outstanding Fire Service Leaders and a well-loved presenter of Fire Ground Operations. This book captures the humor and style that made him great to listen to and sit through his lectures. Well worth the read for anyone who know him.
