Clark has taught at numerous conferences, contributed to fire service literature, and developed training materials for multiple organizations. His background includes degrees in history, fire science, and vocational education, along with service in the Army’s Old Guard and the Illinois Terrorism Task Force. In this episode, David discusses his extensive career, including his time with the Illinois Fire Chiefs Association and notable acquaintances from his career, such as Jack Rutledge and Lawrence Cortez.
