Tom Lubnau

Thomas Lubnau II, B.S., F.N., J.D., is co-author of Crew Resource Management for the Fire Service. Lubnau has been a member of the Campbell County Fire Department since 1990. He is certified as a Fire Officer I, Fire Apparatus Operator, Hazardous Materials Technician, EMT-Basic, and Fire Instructor III. He is a founding member of Lubnau, Bailey and Dumbrill, PC, a law firm that represents fire departments and hospitals throughout Wyoming. He has been an instructor at several conferences on legal issues in the fire service and crew resource management.
