Howard Chatterton
Howard Chatterton joined the Bowie (MD) Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad Inc. in 1968, and he is a life member of that department. He became deputy chief for rescue and a fire suppression captain. He is a state-certified emergency services instructor and a field instructor for firefighting courses at the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute.
