Compass Settings

Great Resource. As a Captain of a dual house, I was gaining a newly promoted Lt along with 4/6 Firefighters new to the house. Utilizing Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 as a cete house we were able to sit, view the scenario and discuss each members reactions and thoughts on solutions. Then the round table was view. This gave me as the Captain the opportunity to ensure our compass settings were calibrate to the same degree, due North.
Thanks for the excellent resource!
